Tracey brings over 30 years of leadership experience and a passion for helping people find the right solution for their roofing needs. After leaving corporate America, he found purpose in building a family business rooted in trust, hard work, and values. Since 2017, he's loved meeting new people, earning their trust, and turning customers into lifelong friends. A proud Texan, Tracey enjoys exploring lakes across the state with his family and is grateful every day for the chance to serve his community.

Tiffany Brown - Co-Owner

Tiffany wears many hats in the business, from keeping things organized to building relationships with customers. With a background in hairstyling, she's always valued personal connections and now channels that same care into helping families feel at ease during their roofing projects. She treasures the flexibility that comes with running a family-owned business, especially being present for her kids. For Tiffany, the best part of the job is meeting new people and finding joy in helping others.

Gavin Brown - Social Media

Gavin is the voice behind Texas Best Roofing Co. on social media. A Texan through and through, he enjoys connecting with the community while also pursuing his passion for motorsports. Outside of work, you'll usually find him at the track or working on his classic car.

Larry Schrenk - CFO

Larry has been in the roofing industry for five decades and is the go-to expert when it comes to materials and project planning. After a long career in commercial roofing sales, he's proud to now share this work with his family and watch the next generation carry it forward. Living in Texas since 1988, Larry can't imagine calling anywhere else home. These days, nothing brings him more joy than time with his grandkids and supporting the family business he believes in wholeheartedly.
